SAN DIEGO — The 2007 National Conference on Employee Health Care, presented by the Conference Board, will feature a session with population health management expert Arlene Guindon, M.P.H., director of health care analytics at Mayo Clinic Health Solutions.
An industry leader with a broad array of population health management products, Mayo Clinic Health Solutions is a supporting sponsor of the conference, which will be held March 15-16, 2007, in San Diego.
"Measuring Population Health Management Outcomes" is the title of the break-out session presented by Guindon and Patti Clavier, Global Health & Wellbeing Operations, Intel Corp. The session will address key questions every company should ask and answer in order to build a case for the value of their health management initiatives. Through case studies with Fortune 500 companies from diverse industries, Guindon will address a list of core measures associated with an effective data strategy. Clavier will present Intel's approach to population health management, how the company leverages population health management data, accomplishments thus far, and future vision for its data strategy.
