Browsers supported

Our site is optimized for standards-compliant browsers. We use a tiered approach to browser and platform support, with the highest used browsers receiving the greatest support. We actively support, test and troubleshoot issues on Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 2.0, which are the browsers the majority of our user base utilize. Issues reported on other browsers are prioritized and addressed based on complexity and the number of users affected. Support levels for individual browsers are reassessed every six months and changed based on usage patterns.

The site will generally function across a wide range of browsers and platforms due to the standard, enterprise-level Web services we utilize. However, some browsers and platforms may not display pages in a consistent manner or support all of the functionality provided.
